🔵 How to put on your contact lenses
- Wash your hands.
- Check the right and wrong sides of the lens — the correct side forms a regular cup shape.
- Rinse the lens before each use.
- Place the lens on your right index finger.
- Open your eye wide by pulling up your upper eyelid with your left middle finger and pulling down your lower eyelid with your right middle finger.
- Gently place the lens on your pupil.
- Gently close your eye to seat the lens.
🔵 How to remove your contact lenses
- Wash your hands.
- Open your eyes wide with your fingers.
- Remove the lens by pinching it between the thumb and index finger of your right hand.
🧴 Care
- Even if the lens can be worn for an extended period, daily cleaning is necessary.
- Use an appropriate solution to remove deposits daily.
- In case of redness or pain, consult a healthcare professional.
- Only use saline, cleaning, or maintenance solutions manufactured by a specialized company. Never use tap water or uncertified products.
- Avoid any contact between the lens and soap, shampoo, hairspray, or makeup. Always put on your lenses before applying your makeup.
- Do not scratch the lens with a fingernail.
⚠️ Precautions
- People with an eye disease or a strong allergy to contact lenses should not use them.
- Ensure you do not suffer from any general eye disease and follow your ophthalmologist's recommendations.
- Do not use if the sterile blister is open or damaged. Store lenses in an appropriate care solution.
- In case of severe pain or a foreign body sensation, discontinue use and consult an ophthalmologist.
- If your vision becomes unstable due to dryness, apply artificial tears or a saline solution, then blink until your vision returns to normal.
- In case of eye strain due to overwork, lack of sleep, or prolonged reading, remove the lenses and let your eyes rest.
