These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between Ninaya and its customers.

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of colored contact lenses offered by Ninaya.

2. Orders

Any order placed on our site implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. Ninaya reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons.

3. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC). Ninaya reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.

4. Payment

Payment is made online by credit card or any other payment method offered during the order process. The transaction is secured.

5. Delivery

Orders are dispatched within the timeframes indicated during the order. Ninaya cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European legislation, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, except for unsealed hygiene products.

7. Returns and refunds

Any return must be notified beforehand by email. Returned products must be in their original condition, unopened, and unused.

8. Liability

Ninaya cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from improper use of the products. Contact lenses are medical devices — consult a healthcare professional before use.

9. Personal data

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR.

10. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing this, French courts will have jurisdiction.
